Meet Dr. Jason Moulton

Dr. Jason Moulton was raised in Saint Johns, a small town in north-eastern Arizona. He attended Mesa Community College and Arizona State University where he earned a bachelors degree in biology. His optometric education was received at the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, California. He has worked at the Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix, the Indian Health Services hospital in Sacaton, and the Veterans Affairs hospital in Amarillo, Texas. He is currently a member of both the Arizona and the American Optometric Associations. His wife, Rachel, has also worked extensively in the optometric field and together they have more than 15 years of experience helping people see better.
